今天偶然在nginx的网站发现了一个提供免费IP库的网站，wipmania。
不过只能精确到国家这个级别。 这个网站同时提供三种格式IP库(CIDR, txt, SQL)的免费下载。 暂时没有找到这个IP库是如何维护的。对于一个IP库来讲，这点非常重要。 不过怎么说，有这么一个免费的IP库，对我们这种经常需要用到IP库的人来说，是个好消息！
